We think dieting sucks which is why we don’t take that approach. Killing yourself in the gym isn’t getting you the results either. In fact it may even be counter-productive.

The answer is actually quite the opposite. Coaching is best for those who want the fastest possible results and are willing to invest in themselves. Tiger Woods, Serena Williams, Connor McGregor….even the best in the world have coaches.

How It Works

You don’t need a sport to train like an athlete. The end goal may be different but the approach is identical. We start with the end goal and work our way back to where you are. Properly periodized and 100% coached every step of the way. The requirements are the same as well: Show up, Do the work and Trust the process.

  • This is a key step and goes much deeper than “I want to lose 5 lbs” or “I want to run a 5k”. Together we’ll nail down what is really driving your desire for improvement.

  • A good plan MUST meet you where you are at. What’s your current training age? How much time do you have? What equipment is available? etc. We’ll put you through a proper screening process to laser focus areas that we can improve.

  • A plan designed for everybody is optimal for nobody. This is why store bough plans or even that local boot camp fitness class falls short. If you want the shortest path to results the entire plan must be adapted to your body. This includes exercise but just as important is your nutrition plan and balancing stress. No two people are the same.

  • This is where 1:1 coaching really shines. Through our app we’ll have frequent check-ins and monitor your training, nutrition, activity, stress and sleep daily. The ability to adjust on the fly means no wasted time and effort.

  • Our tracking will also ensure that you are making continual progress. No more plateaus!

An in-person training session with me is $85. Twice a week for a month is about $680. Remote coaching is proven to be effective at a fraction of traditional personal training. You get the same level of coaching with the added benefit of flexibility. Flexibility leads to consistency and consistency leads to results.
